So is it safe to assume the Bulls FO got ahold of this info before shipping him away? We knew the "younger and more athletic" line was full of sugar honey iced tea.

I'm sure that played a role but there was just soo much baggage at the end that a split was necessary.
The FO would've been put in a "damn if they do and damn if they don't" type situation. If Rose balls out and stays healthy they would've had to max him or risk losing him in FA and once again get nothing in return, if they resign him and he gets hurt than they're back to square one.
I believe the biggest reason he and JO were moved was basically to clean out the locker room. With Jimmy ego's growing and Rose and JO still on board, it would've created an even bigger pissing match next year when they would've all shared the floor.

Phoenix on the come up with Devin Booker, Philly finally tanked for 4 years got top pick after top pick, Orlando I dunno watsup with them, and Sac I dont even think they tanking intentionally lol they just dont know what they're doing. but this Bulls team is so luke warm 2nd round 6 games at best. ah well 

 

Ain't nobody got time for tanking in the CHI! I feel it's a competitive team. I can enjoy watching on tv as long as they stay healthy. They got dogs. I just don't know about this coach. oh well

 yeah im just tired of this bulls team being in the middle id rather we suck horribly with the potential to draft a generational talent that would for ever change the history of the franchise lol smh
