I hear you. I still wear his shoes because some have been awesome on court, but I definitely feel conflicted at times.

I was invited to NYC for 2015 All Star by adidas and Jordan. The night I arrived there was an invite-only, velvet rope event for Jordan Brand on Times Square. I was escorted in by my JB connect and upstairs to the VIP. Saw Blake, Roy Jones, Melo and Lala, CP3 - all cool as could be. Westbrook was at a table looking at his phone and when I was introduced he looked me up and down and sneered and turned around to the wall. Eff him.

yeah that would do it for me, and i agree i don't like harden's game, i did like his houston themed shoes that i never brought.....one day. anyways i always separate everything from the individual's personality and faults. TBF i don't like none of these nba players with shoe contracts bcuz none play for either of the 3 TX teams and i didn't like Harden, T-Mac, or Pippen in Houston but i do like their shoes espc the TX themed ones

I’m in Fort Worth and grew up loving the Mavs, especially Derek Harper. Was a HUGE Finley fan (only mavs jersey I have) but I grew into a Spurs/David Robinson fan when I saw his efforts in the community. I have the Luka 36 and his new Jordan shoe (Separate) but I have no lebrons, one KD, one Curry, too many J’s.

Tried these on and they’re such a bounce back from the crappy Harden Vol 5. I am def in for a few pairs. These are very plush.

Harden 6, New Balance 2 way (although the Kawhi 2 may take its place soon), puma Melo, kd14, Jordan 36. GT jumps should be here tomorrow so we will see. Curry 9, dame 8, kyrie 8, li Ning all city 9, Anta kt7 round out my top.

My son loves his Vol. 6s, but boy are these things dirt magnets on top. He played in his Green mists over the weekend for an AAU tournament and after 5 games, the tops of the shoes look like they’ve been worn for weeks/months. And that’s with him playing on decently clean courts. His Aquas arrived yesterday so Hopefully they handle dirt better than the mists.

Only thing I can find wrong with them. Waiting on a dark color to drop for pair #2. Day 1 two weeks ago:
They definitely need to choose some different materials. My son’s pairs after only 2 weeks. I lightly cleaned the lighter pair. It helped but not much. He’s had the aquas for a few days and scrimmaged and had a few Training sessions in them. They don’t show dirt as bad, but dirt still sticking to them and also hard to get off. BUT he loves the way this shoe performs and will keep Vol. 6s on his feet this AAU season.

Dude I hoop with was looking at the 6’s but adidas was sold out of his size (in the green pair) so he went ahead and got a pair of the 5’s… don’t have the heart to tell him that was a mistake

I’ve been playing in Kobe’s since 2020 for outdoors…but with harden in Philly, I do want some vol.6s…hoping to get them when they at $80 or so

It's possible, but only see one CW as of now and it's basically looking like a potential sell out.
I remember when the Vol 2s all hit sales, 50% off. Bought the Concrete CW as well as the tan LS for like 80, maybe $90 a piece. Would have went for one more but most CWs I wanted sold out in my size. Wanted the Vol. 3s, either the Black/White or White/Black but life happened.
Maybe I'm being blinded again lol, but I don't think any of them are unappealing. But 4-6 have rather unconventional design cues.

My buddy has a pair and loves them. I am intrigued but not for retail, who knows if any will be had at discount.
