I know its been discussed before and I had a search but struggled to find it so I apologise for asking again, but finally got some spare cash for anniversaries, whats the difference between the 2017 and 2017/2018 restocks attached? Does it justify the extra $200 ask?

Minor differences such as a slightly darker eyelet on the cheaper version for instance.
I’d save the $200 if youre the type that isnt fanatical about that type of thing. And seeing as you dont know about these differences id suggest you arent.
Save your money, buy the cheaper pair (which to the untrained eye look exactly the same) and enjoy your saving.
Someone here will be nice and post a side by side photo for you im sure.

Original release just has that shape. Also comes with a dust bag and booklet. Personally, I wouldn’t pay for it though.

Anyone with both willing to post a side by side? I only have the restock and the shape is great so I’d love to see how the first release is that much better.

Only difference I see is the eyelet color. The first release looks like it’s got a shoe tree so it’s hard to really see a shape difference. Thanks for posting.

I dont use shoe trees. To whoever asked if the 100 is worth the extra money I dont think so even though I do like the 100s more than the 103s

You can see the difference between the 2 but no where close to being worth paying an extra $200 for.
