THE OFFICIAL AIR MAX 1 THREAD

I give up on the am1 3.26. Looks like they're sold out everywhere. I'll just stick with these....

Happy AM Day.

what no kid robots?

:lol j/k nice set

New pick ups (more like a gift actually). Tried so hard to swap for my size but with how limited these are, had no luck. Have to let them go now.

don't worry, nike made it official..air max day for next year again..they ll probably have something better to sell..

Exactly. These kids don't understand how money works. Plus it's an easy way to build your credit score. When time comes to buy a house or car, you get a better interest rate than most people.
It's all about self control
As long as you pay what you've spent each month, you don't have to pay interest, and your credit goes up.

AMD - what's the deal with the jacquards. Why are they so expensive?

I suspect Nike is cashing in on the hype it's created :I these are more expensive than the AM90 jacq's

Any two more things I bet these peeps don't know about. With credit cards you get buyer protection. You can always do a charge back if you get screwed over by a merchant. With cash you can kiss your money goodbye. Also most CC companies give you a free one year warranty on most consumer goods for defects

You are right.  i worked as a CSR at TD Bank while i was in college and that was one of our big selling points for credit cards.  You would be amazed at how many people came in per day because of fraud on their debit cards, and then they would get pissed when you told them it would take up to 10 days for the money to get back to them.  If you have rent/mortgage and that was your money for it you could get jammed up.

tbh i think that Nike discoverd that AM1 and 90s

are getting more popular now in the US

what causes the inflated retail price now on the recent AM releases

And here I am switching banks because Wells Fargo refuses to turn off their fraud prevention.

tbh, after working at a big bank like that and just seeing all the things happen to customers and just the way the bank operated in general, as soon as i left that job i went and opened up all new accounts at my local credit union.  Better rates on loans and deposits, better customer service, minimal fees and it keeps the money in the community.

Does anybody have any info on the AM Light sizing in respect to 1s? Never owned a pair, and there isn't a store in my area that carries them, so I can't try them on.
