The glow feature in these was a nice surprise. I ended up grabbing a pair on Goat for $475. Way more than I’ve ever paid for a shoe but it’s one I really want. Now to sell off my Jordan 5 black metallic to help pay for it.

I could never pull the trigger at that price but it’s a smart move for you to do it now because the price will only go up due to limited supply.

I was going to send my cousin but heard people were camping over night so figured not worth it. Struck out on the raffle too. Was afraid if I wait too long price would keep climbing with the low edition size. Had to bite the bullet.

I was close to pulling the trigger a couple times but I’ve paid resell to much lately. If I was from Texas I definitely would have scooped em up by now because the price is only gonna go up. Congrats man!

i been trying to make a pair since that years options and honestly i can't pull the trigger.
that year was excellent for options. you took full advantage. some similar elements in my design

so brought out my anniversary obsidians.
I’ve probably worn maybe 20 times max. Idk if it’s oxidation, Jason markk/crept or something I may have spilled and didn’t notice.
But I noticed yellow/orange spots on the strings. And the mesh toe box was a little more off white than normal. Swapped the og laces out with the extra in box and of course they are more white.
Wondering if I’m tripping and if not how can I clean that toe box
The pic may not do it justice hopefully me explaining works.
Also any tips for cleaning air bubble or is it apart of the process

I've worn my reds twice and they're yellowing like that, my blues I've worn a ton more and they're still white. I've tried everything I can think of to get them white, to no avail.so brought out my anniversary obsidians.

My obsidian had bleed in the toe box from that crap Jason Markk. Not sure why the toe box gets dark like that, I've never had that issue with the Reds. Tide w Oxi I found to fade the color some so I just regular Tide and cold water and the reds bounce back. The obsidians bled even more so they ended up beyond beaters.so brought out my anniversary obsidians.

Sounds like I need to wear em more.
My reds are ok. My aquas have that same yellow tint and I know I’ve worn them about 20 times

I usually only have to use a brush on the midsole/sole. Anything on the mudguard/toe box/ rest of the sneaker i use my finger n rub just a little on the spot. I use enough where I dont have to add any to the wash, and definitely use a pillow case/sneaker bag for the washing machine.

I feel a lil better seeing u say that. Cause. It’s an 8 year shoe.
I was definitely about to get a steamer and try to get that out. Read it was soap that never got cleaned out.
