I have a sudden urge to buy a pair of the Chili’s and there’s good deal on a pair of the 2020 release.

What's this thread's consensus on the Big Bubble? I picked these up when they first dropped cause I always wanted a pair of University Reds. But while I love the 95 BB, something about the 1 throws me off. I think its the midsole; that seam or whatever running from either side of the air unit just looks wrong to me. Rocked these only a few times before selling em

But while I love the 95 BB, something about the 1 throws me off. I think its the midsole; that seam or whatever running from either side of the air unit just looks wrong to me. uni reds are the closest to being unanimously appreciated. There was a lot of excitement around there release, despite some disappointment with the shape. I love my pair and have beat them to a pulp.
The royals and obsidians are dope as well. That said, feels nike went OD with some colorways and started doing a lot of mehh BB releases

I didn't mind the shape at all, but I couldn't get past the different midsole without the lines/grooves to accommodate the bigger air unit. If they went back to the OG midsole with a big bubble, I'd be all over em

The 87 shape is undefeated. BB's are cool for nostalgia purposes and the White/Reds look good.
They should have just released a couple of OG BB colorways and shelved them for a long time. No need to prolong them. This retro was cool to see them again.

BB reds.
I'm not a fan of the swoosh poly reds. They're not horrible and there's SO many worse pairs....but of course an OG is better.
