I can't wait to see him on day 3 since that's the day he was planning to ride alone and throw the rest of his team away. I like when he monologues too or when he starts playing mind games with the other racers. Easily my favorite character in Yowa Pedal

It was near the end of the second day around when he implemented phase 49 of his plan. A couple people on his team dropped out and he told everyone to leave them, because on the last day he alone would be enough and he was planning to abandon the rest of the team by then anyway. Only dude on the team he even really acknowledges is the one who's is the Ace's assistant. I think it was near the end of season 1.that last gif made me laugh... i bike ride to commute and that sith right there is not even possible

He avoided doing so by absorbing more power from the Bijuu, and Naruto started to get tired because he's been fighting for over a day. No one was expecting either to be fair.
Naruto's also admitted twice now he's not trying to kill Sasuke, while Sasuke's trying to kill Naruto, yet is failing.
I agree though, this fight was never going to be over in an instant.

This is just like when Vegeta went all Majin and evil for power and Goku low key had ssj3 but didn't tell anyone. Vegeta thought he was giving Goku that work but in reality Goku was just letting Vegeta finally have his "playtime". This is Sasuke's playtime.
Sasuke doing all this crap but ain't even scratch Naruto yet. Naruto is going to hit this ***** with the one hitter quitter and then drag his sorry *** back to Sakura.
Only thing holding Naruto back is this **** boy man crush he's got on Sasuke. I bet money if Sasuke would have actually killed Sakura a few chapters ago, Naruto would have been curb stomped ya boy.

Yup, Oda actually added him to the marine color spread he did I think during the release of Film Z, saw that somewhere this morning. Edit: Just reread the chapter from the computer instead of my phone, it was Law who said he hates the government so Cora, just told him he wasn't in the marines to calm him down.

Solid chapter. Only question so far is when did Roci leave Doffy and join the marines then come back, unless I missed where it was mentioned that he left at one point.
I like how Cora tried to act like him being clumsy was on purpose then lit himself on fire. I also like how Baby 5 had the running gag that she can't turn down men's requests even as a kid, unless that started with Law. She also has the running gag of being afraid of Law's stare as well. I wonder if Law is the start of all of Baby 5's gags.
The information on D wasn't much, but it's better than nothing. "Natural enemy of God" tho is a pretty nice title. Also poor Enel never stood a chance against Luffy. An interesting thing during Roci and Law's conversation on D, he says that the Celestial Dragon's believe D may destroy the world they built, and then he states Doffy is after the complete opposite of that. Which is odd because Doffy says he wants to destroy the world, but maybe the visions of what that is are completely different.
Oda had perviously drawn Cora on a marine color spread that featured Z, but it was small and in the background and easy to overlook, most people thought it was just a young Z.
Saw it mentioned that the plot for this flashback is just like The Departed. Wouldn't be far fetched since Oda likes to watch movies while he writes.
With Doffy calling Cora he may have either found the Ope Ope no mi, or Vergo told Doffy about Cora's betrayal, which might be when we see Vergo beating Law and Cora's death. While these flashbacks have been really well done and some of the best chapters in the arc and haven't dragged at all I hope they are wrapped up in the next few chapters so we can get back to the battles taking place.

If he was really bout it bout it, he would have finished this by now. 2 chapters left and Naruto still hasn't broken a sweat? Holding off Sasuke and they both know Naruto hasn't truly gotten serious about the fight yet?
