**..:The Official Jewelry Thread Vol. 11: You get a Jesus piece! You get a Jesus piece! Everybody gets a Jesus piece:..**

Hey guys, I know NOTHING about jewelry. Can someone tell me if this bulgari ring is overpriced or is it about what it should be

https://www.bulgari.com/en-us/356327.html

Depends. Any designer jewelry will always be overpriced when it comes down to the actual value of gold.

You’re basically paying a premium for the brand. That’s up to you to decide whether or not it’s worth it.

This dude I work with swears he gets better deals at zales compared to me buying from the usual jewelers in here

When I asked how much his necklace weighs he said “they didn’t tell me”  :lol:

Getting ripped off on his skimp *** rope chains

What’s everyone rocking for bracelets? Looking at possibly adding a 8.5” 14mm 100gr one in the future.

^ not doubting that, but nothing has a gram weight listed.

Just seems odd to me, but I'm an informed consumer so it is what it is

Yup. Messaged them bout their baby jesus piece before I got mine and no answer. Went back through this thread, got my answer that it’s the lightest of the bunch out there. The st Michael piece looks nice though.

well it's 11-12 grams of 18k gold according to fleabay listings of the same ring in white gold (not rose) in sizes 4.75-5.25 so 8.25 or 9 grams of gold for $2400. maybe you get moar gold if the ring is bigger. it is expensive but that is the cost since it visibly says "BVLGARI" on the ring and I don't think a jeweler would make an exact copy that says that.

Well fellas, it’s a no go for that st Michael piece. It’s only 26grams for the baby piece. Light as hell for $6500.
