HRC is a good dude. Quality wise it's nothing special but he has some of the best prices out there.

In my experience karats and weights are as advertised.

Not sure about his custom pieces though.

His 5mm and 6mm are very tempting for the price. Slightly less for “USA” vs “PERU” rope chains. I wonder what the difference in quality is.

You would of liked the concept that Saint had for it originally with the contrast but Pusha wanted it like it is now. Both are crazy

you'll need to provide more info about the diamonds; how many, ct, etc. but even you remove that factor, $100/g of 14kt plus craftsmanship seems like a good deal imo.
