I have one and I LOVE it. I didn't get approved quickly but that was because I didn't have much credit at that point. Apply a week or 2before you plan on going just in case. Very easy to look at your bill/pay online, cool looking card, just don't be late. I still use mine all the time andjust pay it off at the end of the monthOriginally Posted by Da Doc03

DONT DO IT!! DEAR GOD DONT DO IT!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT!!
if my screaming didnt do enough, maybe the fact that it took 15 days for me to get any email from them in regards to the status of my account, went to apple to pick it up to realize that i didnt even have my account activated, i had the email printed out and showed them, it read that i can now activate my account online, tried doing it at the store and the site said my account didnt even exsist anymore...frustrated, i stormed out...did some research, hell, just google juniper reviews...theres this one website that definitely caught my eye that had a review on banks...over 300 complaints and individuals ready to file lawsuits...its a really bad company, theyll nit pick you with fees, and charge you late fees when you're on time...if not for me, then for baby jesus...dont sign with juniper...its a godforsaken headache
i guess thats a NO.![]()

I have an 18month old MBP and the battery lasts about 2 hours and a bit over an hour if I'm on the web. I think the Battery has just been drained from regular use, but will Apple replace my battery? I have applecare also.

Good story..Originally Posted by Vancity74
So last weekend, I was drinking a beer and my laptop was open and on my coffee table. I don't know what happened, but I dropped the beer (plastic cup thank lord) all over the trackpad/keyboard. The trackpad immediately stopped working. Anyways, I didn't even bother calling Apple or taking it to the Apple Store. I took out the battery and went straight to a certified Apple repair shop the next day. They said if it was JUST the trackpad, it would cost $180 to fix ($100 for a part, $80 for an hour of labor). If, however, there was contamination on the keyboard, it would be close to $400. Considering I was just about to put my laptop on Craigslist (2.0ghz unibody Macbook) so I could get a new Macbook Pro, I wasn't too happy.
Fast-forward today, I get a call from the repair shop... laptop is ready to pick up and it was only the trackpad affected. Thank lord. I get there to pick up my laptop and the dude tells me that there wasn't any sign of spillage inside the laptop so the whole repair was covered under warranty. Needless to say, I'm pretty shocked that the little censors inside the laptop that Apple reportedly put in the new Macbooks to tell if there was spillage did not indicate as such. Regardless, I'm just happy to have my baby back. Now hopefully I can get at least $1,000 for the laptop, new Macbook Pro is $1,299 + free iPod Touch that I could sell for $150 plus no tax so a new laptop would only cost me $150. That's what's up!
Moral of the story: DON'T DRINK AND USE YOUR LAPTOP!
