The NBA has fined Boston center Kendrick Perkins $10,000 for a flagrant foul on Detroit's Jason Maxiell on Friday night.
Perkins was ejected following the foul in the fourth quarter.

"I think it's right. I think justice was served," Perkins said. "I can pay that fine."

Perkins pulled Maxiell to the floor by the neck while Maxiell was trying to put back an offensive rebound.

How come everyone from UCLA is balling though?

Westbrook is making a case for ROY
K-Love is beasting and the amount of rebounds that he gets for how much he plays is

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute is putting up 7, 6, and 1.

So Chris Paul got injured?

What's the deal with that, I didn't get to catch the game.

Also, Mo is probably going to the All-Star game now, even though I think Jesus deserves it more than Mo does.
The Cavs only have 1 AS, so I'm pretty sure Mo is getting the nod over Ray.

jameer (potentially) out for season is bigger news than bynum (potentially) out for season..... lakers can still win without bynum, magic can't

my fantasy teams staying taking L's. damn injuries cant give me a freaking break.

I know TMac is probably the most hated athlete on here but dude dunked on Tyrus Thomas something nasty tonight
Bobcats' Wallace returning to Charlotte by bus
Posted Feb 3 2009 7:06PM

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Gerald Wallace is finally headed back to Charlotte. It's just going to take a while.

A week after the Bobcats' top scorer suffered a partially collapsed lung against the Lakers, doctors cleared Wallace to return home. But there's a catch: he still can't fly.

So Wallace left Los Angeles on Tuesday in a charter bus loaded with movies and videos to pass the time. A team spokesman said they expect Wallace to complete the 2,400-mile journey late Wednesday or early Thursday.

It's still uncertain when Wallace, Charlotte's starting small forward, will play again. The Bobcats lost the final three games of the West Coast trip without Wallace, who is averaging 16.4 points a game.

Wallace was injured on a flagrant foul by Lakers center Andrew Bynum late in the fourth quarter of Charlotte's double-overtime win on Jan. 27. Wallace, who also suffered a broken rib after getting elbowed by Bynum, had a tube inserted into his left lung to help restore full function.

Wallace was released from the hospital Thursday, but told he couldn't travel until he met a specialist Monday to determine how his lung had healed.

A cardiothoracic surgeon determined Wallace could travel, but not fly because of concerns about how his lung would handle the reduced air pressure of airplane cabins.

Bynum's foul was upgraded by the NBA to a flagrant-2 foul, but he was not suspended. Four nights later, Bynum tore the medial collateral ligament in his right knee and is expected to miss eight to 12 weeks.

left handed too.

Ty stays getting mashed on but he mashes on people too so I guess it evens out

Tmac was looking at tyrus thomas and vinny del negro on the bench with his lazy eye.
but Nelson is a huge loss for Orlando.they only have Anthony Johnson now. if they want to stay competitive they have to make a trade deadline deal because theyneed Nelson to run the show for Howard, Turkey, and Lewis to get their shots. And with Bynum being out, it makes it that much more possible for the Lakers tomake a major push for shaq or even JO
