The Official NBA Season Thread: NBA Cup Night

If these are both indeed the 25th pick or whatever and Porzingis is getting paid twice as much as Smart...I don't know if it's great lol.

It probably looks better then it really is.

Middleton turning down $40 million from a contender is insane

who can afford more than that?! San Antonio? Houston?

Not sure how Washington not able to get any picks..? They’re legit just shedding salary for expirings. Full reset for their cap, clean slate is the move, but unable to get any picks is baffling.

They’ll still try to pawn off gallos corpse (maybe desperate contender at trade deadline?) and maybe Utah want another white boy in Muscala?

The trade might work out for the Celtics, but what happened with IT and now Smart is not a good look for the organization. Remember Anthony Davis didn’t wanna go there because of them trading IT

Man he's the x factor, glue, everything on that team.

You dont usually see a guy like that traded.

You dont need to be the best player to be the leader.
White was better than him last year. Don’t know what he did against GSW. Leadership but he was careless with the ball. Couldn’t stop flopping. Valuable player but I wouldn’t call him the leader by any means.

Celtics retired jersey’s of all time greats. They didn’t do anything to smart. IT sure but he can’t go out there at 5’8” on a bad hip. We are talking about a banner franchise
