This is also the over inflated stats era. Back then, only a handful of guys had those seasonal type numbers. Now there are 5-10 more guys putting up crazy numbers

Not nearly as complicated as they’re making it out to be. There’s other players in the league also doing unprecedented things that are on teams that are better than the Lakers. Shouldn’t be anything magic about the Lakers getting to 50 wins when the Spurs and Thunder are both going to win over 60.

SGA is also reaching scoring milestones on a nightly basis. Wemby could be DPOY and MVP. Joker is putting up 28 ppg a night and leading the league in rebounds and assists.

Luka’s on an amazing offensive heater right now, but it doesn’t overshadow what all these other great players are doing.

Don’t really expect Luka to win,but he should finish Top 3 imo.Aside from that,this is one of the deepest/best MVP races we’ve had in years.Theres 6-7 legit & deserving candidates making for great & compelling basketball right now.You gotta love that.
