I have the premium plan. basic plan is trash. Content isn't in hd and only one user at a time.

I don't care enough to watch any of this in HD. And I don't have enough people watching Netflix to warrant getting multiple users at a time. Maybe for people with big family's it's worth it

I already have too many streaming services as it is, no need paying extra for netflix.
