the big question is sizing. these dont have any padding but at the same time a cleat
thinking of going with my normal size i do in cleats and see how it goes

in cleats i normally go TTS which leaves a little bit of room for me since they run a tad long
but since theres no padding and im not using these on the field, im thinking to go .5 down from TTS.
I have a narrow foot to give you an idea

oh gotcha, good to know. ive never worn cleats / cryoshots and am slightly wide footed and was thinking of maybe going .5 UP. Maybe I should just stick tts to be safe?
