Happened to me. I spent tens of thousands a year at Nike and one day after returning a couple NBYs, I was banned. It’s a pretty substantial one also… if I use a different credit card or different address, it still says I’m banned. Haven’t been able to get it lifted after trying every so often each year.

They completely changed the return policy in Canada and you can no longer return worn pairs. It's been like this for at least 3 years.
