Late review lol. MW3 felt lazy on the developers end.
The open missions were basically warzone 2 co-op missions.
The other missions lacked any real creavity; just seemed like they recycled mission type content from MW2 (flying the heli to help support ground troops (this was a semi fun mission though), etc).
Glad they didn't have a stealth mission where you only had a knife for 80% of the mission. Those were annoying.
Wait listed for black ops 6 from the library (actually a good source of games lol). Think I'll give GT7 a try (I was disappointed with GT sport).

Porsche Mission X looking good.
Although, it sounds like they won't make it cuz electric hypercars are not selling apparently.
Was just about to post this. Saw the video by Mystic and had no idea this was coming.
Makes the value proposition for the Portal even better although its had no issues selling.
Don't think Sony will make another handheld but I'm starting to lean towards the chance that they just might.

I sold the original portal for a refundo but purchased the 30th, delivering today... wasn't sure if I'd keep it or not... this update makes it seem more likley but still only lukewarm since its behind a paywall. Hmm...

Was meant to be the last car in the new holy trinity versus the Ferrari F80 and Mclaren W1 but apparently, potential customers are not happy about it being electric only so it's still just a concept for now.
I think they'll make a hybrid model and I hope it looks the same.

All these GT7 updates are nice and all, but what would really get me to play more is providing the option to have qualifying and/or standing starts in Cafe mode.
The difficulty in GT7 is annoying to me because of the rolling start and being put in last place every single race, even if you placed first in the prior race of a series.
It forces you to either get an overpowered car or to drive like a psychopath, since you have handful of laps to make up a 20 second + gap with the leader.
Then, on normal mode, once I take the lead, I’m pretty much guaranteed to win.
I like playing on hard mode because the top 3-4 cars actually put up a challenge, but the frustrating part is even getting to them because of that huge gap from the beginning.
I love the actual feeling of the game, but every race in Cafe mode feels more like a crazy time trial rather than an actual race. I also refuse to play online because of how many times I’ve been rammed into/off the track, and then the game decides to give ME a penalty

My kneejerk response...
There has to be a balance to the grind and having to qualify before every race would push even more away from just jumping in and playing, albeit having the option would be cool. Starting last forces you to be better and we can't discount how satisfaying/fun it is to overtake. Then overall, I think Gt Sophy is a solid response or escape from the standard AI... Lastly, I totally agree with you on the online component - every time I decide to take a peek its still the same.

I kinda wish we could set up lobby with drivetrain restrictions, that way we could set up lobbies like the weekly challenges.

I don’t need there to be mandatory qualifying, but IMO like you said, there should be an option to qualify if they force you to do a rolling start in 20th place in a tournament. In race 2 and 3, they could also start you based on your points ranking. I don’t think it’s fair that I win the first race by 10 seconds, and then for race 2, I still start in 20th place.
They could also just put you in last place on a standing start in every race as well, or put you in a more compressed rolling start without the first place car already being halfway done with lap one when you start.
It’s not as frustrating in normal mode, but to me normal mode is too easy. I spend 2/3 of the race catching up, then on the last lap, I always win by at least 10 seconds or so, even when I match the PP suggestions. It feels like the AI just gives up.
On hard mode, when you catch up to the top 3, they pretty much stick with you and punish you for every mistake. It feels like actual racing. I don’t see why I need to do 2-3 laps of blowing past useless filler AI to get to that point; I would rather go back and forth the entire way

I just wanted a controller but I completely blanked out with work around noon. Just tried checking direct, target, bestbuy, walmart, etc. All gone
