I know this should probably be in S&T, but the protein thread that was in here turned out to be pretty good, so lets give this a shot. Talk about Supps youhave tried or want to try, post your stash, ask questions, etc.

I know but more people look here, and the protein one had a bunch of helpful info and was posted here also.
 
White Flood - pre-workout
Purple Wraath - intra-workout
Green Mag - post-workout

ON 100% Whey Protein

Lots of boiled eggs - go through about a dozen a day

Glucosamine - for my joints

Fish oil

does zma actually boost test levels?

also what makes it diff from the zinc and magnesium found in a multi?


i take

ON opti-men multi (stopped taking it tho)
ON Pro Complex (bout to order new protein though this one isn't as good as a i thought)
Intrabolic (third tub of it i will always buy it til something better comes out - citrus ice only btw )
AST micronized creatine mono
fish oil
flaxseed oil (forget the brand of these two)


thats it at the moment

no pre-workout i haven't found anything i like that much. and ive tried animal pump, shock therapy, no-xplode, white flood, superpump 250, nano vapor, etc.a whole bunch

i just took 2 caps of bcaa and 1 cap of fish from the ol' stash box

takin stash pics are fun, we can either post up full stashes or to keep things interesting bits and pieces

im a big fan of Optimum Nutrition their whey actually tastes decent,and is packed with protien and amino acids.

workout days:
morning - nitro core 24
snack (afternoonish usually) - 100% whey
pre-workout - 100% whey
after workout - 2:1:1 recovery
before sleep - casein protein

off days:
morning - nitro core 24
snack (fit 2 in a day) - 100% whey
before sleep - casein protein

i also take multi-vitamins, fish oils, flax seed, etc...

i used to take NOexplode, and the BSN line and saw results in gaining muscle, but since i want to slim down i got off them.

idk about the test levels claims but I take ZMA because it provides me a better (and deeper) night's sleep. Which means I can heal faster.
When I take ZMA I have the most lucid dreams. They're #$+@#%* trippy as +#%$.
