I've been playing a ton of Chrono Trigger lately. I really love that game.

Streets of Rage 2 is a CLASSIC.

If SoR 2 had the running mechanism from SoR 3 it would be the definition of perfect.

SoR 3 perfected the fighting mechanism with the running attacks but the music in it was absolutely atrocious. Music in SoR 1 & 2 was sublime.

I somewhat view Sonic 2 the way you view SOR2.

Literally everything you said can be applied to how I feel about Sonic 2. (Of course not the run part)

We beat 1, but for the moment 2 is known as streets of rage quit couldn't beat it in our 1 attempt
