The RPG Thread -> 2023 was a banner year for RPGs. What was your favorite?

I played the heck out of it in 2013. Its is absolutely crazy to think I met my wife and got married, bought 2 homes, and started a new career all while this game remains active and popular.

Game is too fun. I get stressed playing cause I main Tank and if I mess up we can lose hours but it’s still fun

Gonna try and put a few hours into Octo and Three Houses this weekend.

I bought Octopath Traveller on PC thanks to that sale.
I plan on actually starting it tomorrow.

Chrono Cross' OST is goated. Only negative is its terrible battle theme

Need this remade for PS5. One of my all time favs, kids these days don't even know.

Picked up Trails of Cold Steel with a PSN gift card. Excited to jump in after the new year.

Also got a Switch with BotW.... never played it so probably focusing on that in the short term
