Working 5am all this week...
woke up at 4:20am after various snooze sessions and couldn't find my car keys...
threw on whatever i could find and took my girlfriends car.
I feel like ****. Need a haircut but between working 9 days straight and working back into the gym I haven't been able to find the time.
idk what the lesson is here. Time management?
Need to put this whole day in rice and it's not even noon.

Not sure how strict your gym routine is as you work to get back in there but maybe take a rest day so you can hit up the barber, and also get extra rest so waking up for that 5AM shift is tolerable.

So a buddy tells me he broke up with his girl. I met her before and she seemed nice and 100% down for my buddy. I asked why they broke up? He tells me she was cheating. That was enough for me but dude started telling me everything.
Apparently she had guy friends, which is cool I guess. But one in particular she would always chill with. So I guess he was getting the cheeks and she wanted to stop cause she felt bad for my buddy and loved him or some ****. So the dude gets mad at the fact he about to lose these yambz. Idk how he got my dudes number but he sent him a vid of him smashing his chick. He showed her the vid and she said it was from awhile back, before they dated. But that vid was dated, had a recent date that it was filmed.
I've been done dirty before but Gotdman to get a current vid sent of your girl smashing a dude is terrible.
