Working 5am all this week...
woke up at 4:20am after various snooze sessions and couldn't find my car keys...
threw on whatever i could find and took my girlfriends car.
I feel like ****. Need a haircut but between working 9 days straight and working back into the gym I haven't been able to find the time.
idk what the lesson is here. Time management?
Need to put this whole day in rice and it's not even noon.

Not sure how strict your gym routine is as you work to get back in there but maybe take a rest day so you can hit up the barber, and also get extra rest so waking up for that 5AM shift is tolerable.
I've been listening to Faboulos lately. Good music but I guess im too far gone and don't really appreciate lyrical rap. I prefer trap music. My ears have been damaged.
You would listen to someone named 'fabolous'

found out today i am considered megafauna...In terrestrial zoology, megafauna,(Ancient Greek mégalo "large" + New Latin fauna "animal") are large or giant animals. The most common thresholds used are weight over 40 kilograms (90 lb),[sup][1][/sup] over 44 kilograms (100 lb),[sup][2][/sup][sup][3][/sup] or over a metric ton 1,000 kilograms (2,205 lb).[sup][1][/sup][sup][4][/sup][sup][5][/sup] This includes many species not popularly thought of as overly large, such as white-tailed deer, red kangaroo, and humans.
