Had to speak with two of my supervisors today regarding their behavior and approach of their concerns from a morning meeting. One of them understood my point and was cooperative, while the other was upset and wasn't. I pointed out to her that her attitude and behavior during meetings is not professional and is only making things harder on me, in getting a resolution for her concerns, but she was still upset and then asked to be excused, and I excused her from my office.

Since then, I've been so pissed.

Really can't wait till my transfer is finalized and I can get out of here. All I'm trying to do is show them how they should communicate during meetings and then they get defensive and mad?

Not cool.

It's frustrating, for sure. I just didn't understand why she had to get defensive and start raising her voice at me when all I've been doing has been trying to help everyone out on this team.

Yeah, it is. What's even more ridiculous is that she's one of my dependable supervisors because she knows so much. But her attitude and the way she communicates is really hindering her.

Oh, I notified my boss and let her know the situation. Keeping everything documented if she tries to pull anything on me.

I remember the last coworker I put on blast. It was literally his last day at my job ever. I told his supervisor 'I'm not passing his evaluation' and the next day he was gone

I'm the kind of guy who can get along with anybody. And everyone at work knows that. If I don't like you, you done ****** up lol

6 Years at this job and he was the only one I put on blast like that. Hopefully it stays that way for a while
