I don't understand how, in the age of information and the internet, children seem to live in a bubble.

Perfect example is the Cheef Keef twitter fiasco. How do they not understand that any and everybody can see whats on the internet? Do they really think its just them and thier monitor and whoever they want to see thier info? Its like the whole concept of the Internet flew over thier heads.

Another example, its the flip side of the same hand. Git says he blames tumblr for the increase of drug use. It only looks that way becuase you're on tumblr all the time. This aint life. So many people getting high, young and old, that don't know anything about Tumblr or even have access to the internet, but becuase he sees it on the web all the time, he thinks that where it at or coming from.

 True...these kids are in a web bubble too...because their social internet circles are the same as what they are in real life. They have no intent to expose themselves to what is different out there. Internet is so common now, you can easily find your comfort zone on what you're used to seeing...and feel like you never left the neighborhood

A 15-month-old girl and her mother were wounded in a shooting Tuesday night in the South Side Back of the Yards neighborhood.



The 22-year-old mother and her daughter were standing with a group of people in the 4500 block of South Paulina when a bicyclist opened fire on the group bout 11:25 p.m., police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.



The woman was struck in the arm, and the toddler suffered a graze wound to the leg, Gaines said. Both were listed in good condition at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County.



No one is in custody early Wednesday.









I mean....WTF is she doing out on the block at 11:30 pm with a baby? I know things are messed up in my city, but man some people just put themselves in F'd up situations

Nah, not the herb at all. I can honestly say that its been a positive thing for me, more of a peaceful/therapeutic thing for me. I will say that sometimes when I've had a few beers, I do think about pain killers. But the ones that really did me in, i have a hatred for and dont even wanna go that route or live like that again. It was a lifestyle change and self control that I've gained through my experience.
