the thread about nothing...

Man y'all are inspiring me to be more consistent with my lifting.

Ever since my gym installed more racks and added bumper plates my experience has been much more pleasant. Much easier to get my squats in.
I go same exact days each week..if my gym bag us in my car..I'm going after work..ill never miss a lifting session unless I had bad form from a previous workout and not feeling right
 
Days I don't go to the gym (when I should be) I'll give myself a big guilt trip

I've been going consistently, it's just that I'll skip the workout to play ball all night. For the past few weeks I've been pretty good about lifting every other day though.

So last week I paid $150 for a new car key. Well the locksmith asked "Do you want a remote control. They're $60 or two for $100"
I was really tempted because it's really convenient.
So after the locksmith left I checked on ebay and they had the controls for $4. Then I checked the YouTube videos to see how hard it was to activate them.
WELLLL
They arrived today and I followed the steps in the video and BOOM.
I got it done
