I go same exact days each week..if my gym bag us in my car..I'm going after work..ill never miss a lifting session unless I had bad form from a previous workout and not feeling rightMan y'all are inspiring me to be more consistent with my lifting.
Ever since my gym installed more racks and added bumper plates my experience has been much more pleasant. Much easier to get my squats in.
Im so proud of myself.
