I just seen a pair of kicks on eBay for $220 OBO. I sent him an offer for $200 and he declined. I sent another one for $210 and he counted offered for $220.
When I go look at the shoe, he raised the price to $260.

I hate sellers like that. One dude I hit him like $5 less and he straight up declined no counter offer or nothing. Why put OBO if you have no intention of budging.
