I can’t smoke or do recreational drugs when I’m sad or when preoccupied with life. I have to be happy and stress free to do it.
I understand people take drugs to relieve themselves from life problems but I can’t do that.

If your doing recreational drugs, and you mentally you can’t sustain your self dont do it your only harming your self.
Just like people who smoke cigarettes. That your problem for having lung cancer or sounding like a broken record player.

I only do weed and occasional acid and shrooms, but my life needs to be stable before doing them.
If i do it when I’m stress I can’t even enjoy the high so what’s the point?

I'm not saint myself, only durgs i will ever consume in my body is weed. i don't wanna put anything like acid or shrooms. i love myself to much not to stuff like that. To each is own though. My drug is exercise and handwork and of-course fresh pair of nike/kicks.
i smoke weed like once or twice a year its not habit for me. We all gulity pleasures but you gonna know when the time is right and as well there is time a place for everything. Don't go smoking weed in workplace.
I listen to music to calm me down as well drink some tea. their a many copping mechanisms i have in place if im going through a crisis or things are not going my way.
Might 3pt shot has been off the past week, i made sure today i practice my game to perfection till i was satisfied. Find a constitutive outlet to distract the stress and im sure you'll be fine.
