Ugh my lifting endurance is garbage now.

Was struggling with my squat so I took 50 lbs off. I barely noticed a difference...

Guess I'm doing light weight high reps til I'm back to where I was...

My new supervisor is a gossip queen. Man he’ll be telling me about the other employees all the time, talking crap about their performance and I always think he must say the same stuff to them behind my back. I don’t get it because he is a grown man.

Yea he’s ex military probably 35-40 years old loves to hear hisself talk. I mean he’ll tell me the same thing ten times a week just to hear his own voice and he’s always patting himself on the back. When I first started e was telling the older guy I was moving kinda slow, well Idk what he’s expect for my first week, when the other 2 new guys after me were way slower. I recommended my boy from the other shift I worked since I got promoted and they grabbed him and he was kinda slow but my boss would come to me talking mad **** about him, and everyone else I work with.
