what tan SHOULD be used for is gauging the potential on a topic that a lot of people are posting about....just like fantasy football. if there are a lot of chatter about fantasy football in this thread then it would warrant it's own thread....no one wants to be in TAN when theirs a whole page of just one idea/thought/discourse subject

Anyone getting tickets to Glastonbury music festival this weekend?
I want to go but it's a few weeks after Bonnaroo, which takes up a considerable amount of money in and of itself. I'll probably pay the Glasto deposit and see how things go with bookings/flights.
We should get a group together or something.

I hate how awkward my coworkers are. these are supposed to be the most educated and efficient guys in media but they can't conduct themselves whatsoever in social situations. I mean its easy to say ohhhh so & so has Asperger's Syndrome but jesus EVERYONE DOESNT HAVE THIS "syndrome". These people must lead the most boring lives outside of this place i swear. I wish i could just work with people who have a nice balance of work & life.

Write a short reply on what music has meant to your life - how it has shaped you, gotten you through a rough patch, or just brought pure enjoyment to your life. It doesn't have to be an essay; honestly, I would err on the side of brevity. However, please don't sacrifice substance for conciseness.
You have until 12:00 AM Monday, October 8, 2012 to enter. I will choose a winner by Wednesday, October 10, 2012. A box will be mailed out to the winner Thursday, October 11, 2012.
Please preface your reply with "BAN entry", so it makes it easier to sort through replies.
