I'm sorry to hear that. Is it a food allergy thing or stress? My brother gets them and it's been linked to dairy and gluten.

Do you drink energy drinks? Or alot of caffeine? Stress alot? Just got over my migraines. Doctor had me on all types of wild pills nothing helped. Turned out it was the energy drinks i drunk everyday. Quit two weeks ago been gucci ever since.

Man, I had this weird as sleep last night. Very supernatural type of sleep, had some spirit visit me. You may think I’m crazy but I’m consistently having spirits visit me while I’m a sleep some good some bad, but more than good than bad.
Someone is watching over me. I just don’t know who it is.

i was out in the heat playing ball for a long while, i’m willing to bet that contributed to it, plus everyday stress, etcI honestly don’t eat much, not that i starve either, but i eat very small portions, and rarely outside junk food (i’m a cheapskate)
I took 2 pills last nightcand knocked out, feel better today luckily

You know it’s hard for me to even wake up from it most of the time, I did last night but I was tired, so I went back to sleep and it came back.
To describe it to you it’s was like blob of water over my head and I can feel like raining sensation. Just was tough to come out of the rem sleep I was in. Who knows, man. This isn’t the 1st time this has happen. Other times these type of spirits will attack my sleep.
In all the supernatural outer body experience I had this one isn’t that great.
People don’t wake up from there sleep and they can be perfectly fine, which has me worried a bit.
