Whelp my official day one of unemployement due to the government shut down. They have been shut down for 3 days now but we were off on x-mas eve. So this is the first day of actual no work.
Strange how heavy it weighs on me to not go to work. Like i feel pretty worthless just sitting at home with my dog.
At least there is EPL on all day...happy boxing day

As a gov't employer who has been affected by the shutdown, do you ever get to make that money back that you missed out on? Also, are you allowed to use PTL for those days you were shutdown to negate any loss of income?
