You should take a class for that, very helpful to know this stuff. Saves you and family members money. I think community colleges offer that as night class as well.

I wish I had more opportunities to play ball during the week. Don't want to pay a gym membership to play ball.
Haven't had the chance to find a rec league either.
And if I sound 'too' excited to play ball, it's because I'm challenging myself to be more active this year. Having a second kid, made me realize that I want to be active and healthy for my family. I don't believe I can get back into the same shape I was when I used to play HS/Jr.College ball, but I feel I can get to a decent level where I can be competitive, but have fun.
I mean, I can't get my Lavar Ball on towards my kids if I'm washed lol
