Urinary tract infection is just one probable cause of pissing blood. I'd go to the doctor so he can run tests and rule things out.

I had this back in high school, I did not piss blood though. Doc gave me medicine, think it was antibiotics and it went away in a few days.

Definitely an infection is antibiotics was all you needed.
