I hear you! I sold off my collection years ago. This past 9 months I have bought three pairs of J’s . It’s just not quite the same though. I’m married with a kid now and I feel guilty buying expensive sneakers. When I wear them I feel dumb.
It’s like trying to connect to a person that I no longer am. I still love kicks but the time/money acquiring and maintaining nice sneakers is behind me. It’s just not worth it .

I thought it was later said that there were no plan of making Jay an owner and that was pretty much "the streets talking". He's a "Live Music Entertainment Strategist", whatever the hell that means.
