At my last apartment, had 3 cars towed for parking in my space. In my current complex, they said the car has to be illegally parked in my space for 2 days for them to do something. BS!

Took a break from running for 2 and a half months to let my legs recover. Went for a medium pace jog on Saturday for 2 miles and my legs are feeling it today.

eBay really needs to implement a rule for buys that submit offers, that they need to submit payment immediately or within 24 hrs.
Why would you allow a buyer 48 hrs to submit their payment for an offer they made?
A buyer flaked on me with not submitting their payment and he even had a 100% rating. What a waste of time.
