excuse the grammar, I'm still exhausted from hooping for like 4hrs.

I remember those days. Me and my boys would then head out for some burgers, go home and play some PS1. Would not feel any soreness the next day. Now I feel sore an hour after doing some brisk walking to the thrift store, smh.
