My league starts in less than two weeks and I'm out here practicing and getting my stamina and fitness up and already got one of my friends making excuses about the balls being used in the league. Like bro if you don't want to play just say it.

I’m relatively new and she knows all these people quite well, it saves me the hassle of a fruitless effort.

She’s also been doing some helpful wingman work regarding our vice-chairwoman (named Loes). When she recently invited me over for dinner with her and Loes in her dorm room, her text noted that she’s already been laying some groundwork. I didn’t even ask in that case, she just (correctly) assumed I’d be interested based on my preference.

Very nice! Try hitting up your local Salvation Army or Goodwill stores. Tend to find PS1-3 video games for $1 sometimes. Way cheaper than the ebay/gamestop route.
