Man everything is a money grab nowadays. It’s not even about being cheap. Everyone is out to gouge you for the lowest level of service possible.I know we say it every day but almost every single business out there is scamming, just milking for every single penny instead of just offering a fair price for their product and their labor. I know fair is somewhat subjective when it comes to pricing but damn man.
Last 3 weeks I've been driving around and emailing different car wrap places within an hour or so radius from me 13 different places. It seems like they were all trained by the same school. Sales tactics same scripts, same follow up techniques and most of all almost to the penny the same prices.
Almost EVERY inquiry starts off yeah right now 4600 for full vinyl wrap 5300 for ceramic ppf blah blah. You ghost them and never talk to them again. Without fail you get texts days later. Hey just reaching out to let you know about our winter soecial. We can get that down to 3600 or 4300 $1000 off!
Just dropped by a thousand for no reason. So I'm like if all these places are willing to take off $1000 just because it's probably only really valued at 2-3k if that.
So after rounds and rounds of emails and calls I get three guys battling against each other. First time I've ever negotiated anything in my life.
But issa tired!
Where I currently stand is I got them down all the way to $3200 out the door all in including the ppf, full window tint all the way around with sunstrip , a few of my little custom logos of my initials on the rear window and trunk and some of the dash and console areas wrapped to match the car.
I feel like it's fair, but the way they are willing to just take thousands of dollars off their price makes me feel like I'm still being over charged which Iam

I went to a shoe repair shop to get one of my soles reglued back on. They wanted to charge me $80 and it would take one week.
I said nah screw that and found another place even closer to me that only charged $15. Took 3 days and they’ve been good as new since. Couldn’t believe the other shop wanted to charge that much
