Elote is not my thing. I got it in a cup from a spot around the corner from me it was too much. I love corn but mixing it with mayo was no bueno to me. I feel like it would have been better on the cob, but I’m cool on the mayo. I wonder if they have the option, everything but hold the mayo. Hit it with butter to make the other toppings stick, the lime chili and cheese is amazing but the mayo threw if off for me.

I just took my car out the garage right now to let it get rained on and wash some of this pollen off. If I was allergic I would be in hell right now. This Georgia pollen ain’t no joke this year.

Sidenote can anybody with auto insurance knowledge school me on why I’m paying damn near $400 a month on insurance. I know I live in the city where it’s a lil higher but the KBB on my bimmer is only $15k and I’ve already paid the value of my car in the past 3 years off insurance alone. This insurance inflation needs to be investigated because this makes no sense. Thank goodness I have no note anymore or I’d be ready to just total it and upgrade at this point.

Man that rain didn’t do anything. It cleared the cars some but that mess still thick.

Weirdly, the last few years my allergies have started in Feb, for like a week or two, and I’ve been good for the spring for the most part. First time in years it’s had my sinuses this messed up.

I prefer crema and a lime crema at that. Because not all mayo is the same.
