Usually the opposite. The directive is to answer the calls. You can't answer calls if you're still sitting on the phone with chatty patty. Wrap it up and get to the next one.

Nah, I ain't calling her actions normal. A normal person says, I'm good, avoids eye contact to make sure the person understands they dont feel like being bothered and keeps it pushing.she didn't even spazz out tho she did what any normal person would do, ring me up let me be on my way and if you don't want to cool you don't need my money I'll just leave
Her eye contact while not saying anything was weird. Buddy was pushing it, too. But I dont find the actions of someone just trying to be nice to be as egregious as someone just being a dickhead. Wouldn't have been hard to simply say "I'm just trying to get on with my day".

Right, but if you're tied up with a call, you can't take the next crappy call.
Your numbers will suffer but if you need a break for a while, being a Chatty Patty is the loophole.

Sounds good but absolutely no way any of that would have worked on ol boy I don't think anything she did was wrong except giving him TOO much time, second time he said something after he obviously knew I wasn't with the **** I would have walked out.

Edit: hes not disabled or anything, thats just his signature pose, one foot is normal and the other will be pointed inward, like a reverse clown pose..just one foot though
