Anyone ever been in the position of looking for, interviewing, and eventually hiring your boss? At work we lost one of our directors, and basically I'm running the department because I'm the only other one on it. Im getting a nice nice nice pay bump 2/3 more than what I currently make to be coordinator life changing **** to be honest to basically do what I been doing just with a little more work and over time pay doing absolutely none of the work required of the director position until we get a lower level tech 1 and a department director.

They are interested in possibly giving me that job but I don't want it. The place while great is legitimately a mess and exactly why they keep loosing people, the pay would be something I'd never dreamed of six figures but it's stress I don't want. With what they just gave me Im content. Anyways though, they want me to look for and hire my own boss, **** is crazy
