Depends on the subject/reason for the writing:
-listening to music
-reading
-going for walks in the city (or somewhere with good visuals)
-something/anything that generates inspiration/thought
Don't sit in front of a blank word document for endless hours.....put it down and come back to it later when you feel rejuvenated.

I've been having writer's block writing this script so many times
one tip i learned if you already have a good portion done is just to stop altogether, call it a day and next morning just read from what you have from start to last part you left off and that jumps you back into the game. also find all your grammar mistakes and what not at this time.
