CAN YOU GUYS USE SPOILERS NEXT TIME?

Yes, my jimmies are rustled.

Thought Mr. Selfridge was going to be different... Dude is like an Ari Gold from 1909. :\

spoiler! i dont think Omar dies. he turns his life around and becomes a cop. things get rough though when he starts an affair with Robert Sylvester's wife.

Thanks for the spoilers.

********.
This brings up a question I thought about spoiler etiquette

How old must a show/movie before it is allowed to be discussed freely without "spoiling" it or does it last forever?

IMO, I shouldn't matter how old a show is.

The fact of the matter is that not everyone has seen said show, so it's kind of lame that people talk about shows as if everyone has seen it.

If they're discussing things that are relevant to a show thread, by all means spoil away.

The time has past for Wire spoilers. Show ended five years ago.

In this thread it's lame because there's no topic but it happens.

:(  my bad man

I just don't go in a movie thread after the release when I plan on seeing it.

If I go, I plan on getting spoiled.

I would approach Elle first.

a wise man once spoke of a correlation between forehead size and yamb quality. if the theories are correct, I would propose upon penetration.

At least you didn't say how Omar gets got. If you had said that, my jimmies would have been in maximum over-rustle.

I disagree. Spoilers don't have expiration dates.

Some people just need to realize that not everyone has seen a show that they feel the need to discuss about.

Why is it okay to spoil a show for someone just because it ended several years ago?

The show is old to you, but it's new to people such as myself.

All in all, some people just need to be considerate.

about it?

Have you seen the movie?

I think 2-3 years is a solid gap. and true people will always cry foul but I can't feel sorry for someone if whine about a film that's close to a decade old...like what were you doing all this time to not see it yet but still have anticipation of not knowing the twist and turns yet?

I watched Shawshank Redemption for the first time about a year ago.

I had not been aware that the movie even existed.

I think that that's how some people can go a decade without seeing a movie.
