Trust me. I used to work there before dude took over and after. The change happened in feb 2.of last year I think.
They completely got rid of coupons and changed their pricing system. My store used to be busy day in and day out. Once that happened **** went DOWN hill fast. No customers. Managers getting layed off, supervisors too. Overall the change he implemented was the dumbest **** ever. People went for the coupons. If you get rid of them and change the pricing system to compete with Macys, you're gonna fail.

you're right, I don't know the whole story, but if you are a reg. customer, the changes are 'right there'. my only guess is that he failed to make the profit. 

I would expect a company to gauge their worth from a few years worth of statistics, and not just one solid year. 

I would love to know the whole story though.

@Big J, I was under the impression that we came to an agreement.  I tried telling him straight up, and I tried playing along. apparently neither worked. eh, I guess I can always ignore (hate that it came to this though).
