Not really, then again I haven't really been very safe when it comes to me working out.
I've been shedding pounds but that's only because I eat less than 1200 calories a day and I burn about 450 each time I go to the gym.

I do eat afterwards, I've never felt crappy after a workout, just once but that was only because I was really dehydrated.

Dinner= Whatever my mom makes

I go to the gym in the morning and after work but I go for a run in the morning then to the gym, lately I've been losing track of time so on some days I'm there for 3 hours and I won't even notice.

Been doin cardio, leg work, and playin bball in the meanwhile.
