First time? they may let you off, it's just written up as speeding so you may be ok. Doesn't hurt to get a driver class in before the due date. I'd say get a speedometer calibration too to bring with you, but you're way over 20 anyways. That's most definitely reckless, I did jail time but it was like my 3rd time over 20. A consultation with a lawyer to cover your bases may be a good idea too, cuz really it's up to the judge.
