just the whip cream machine alone takes minimum 12 minutes to get running again, and ANOTHER 10 to clean. We start the whole operation back up and we won't be out the restaurant till 1 in the morning, 2 hours after closing time.
Yeah I probably sound super immature and lazy right now... but trust me...a customer who turns my 7 hour shift (standing with no breaks) into a 9 hour shift is gonna get his food %+++$* with.
