Hope everything's been going good with you all.
The new school I work at is pretty cool, a lot of BAAAD teachers walking around so that might be a problem. I was able to establish a great relationship with the kids where they respect me, it's hard though. It's like they all can automatically tell that you are young so you have to work extra hard to get them to respect you.
