I cant believe this dude Ninja, I've never known a man to be so bitter and catty. Should be legitimately embarrassed for how pathetic he's become- i guess 30 years of living in a box is just too much to handle for some :\




As usual, i see a woman putting on makeup in traffic on the way to work. I dont know how they do it, but it always makes me wonder how many women have lost an eye or even had an eyeline pencil jammed into their head from rear-ending somebody. Anybody ever heard of that?

Smh I saw a girl putting on mascara with a damn magazine by the steering wheel a month ago....I know people can multitask but cotdamn! Don't put everyone else's life at risk

Finally scheduling an appointment to see a doctor next Friday for my knees. I don't even have a general physician as I never go to the doctor.....like ever, maybe 2 or 3 times in the last 10 years.

I think I tore or popped something back in July playing basketball coming down with a rebound awkwardly, but I am so used to playing through things and bouncing back in a few days like nothing even happened. This pain lingered and went into my other knee probably from overcompensating and now due to my ignorance with utilizing doctors, I think I might have messed them up. I took days off and weeks off waiting for this feeling to go away and this has messed up my gym routine/activity this Summer.

I was playing last night and I was almost physically handicapped laboring to run up and down the court. Hard to cut, push off, pretty much everything.


I ran a 5k a week ago and could never get into stride and have another one this Sunday.....Whatever the doctor says, I highly doubt I will opt to have any surgery etc.



But at least the Orioles playoff game is tonight. Will be heading to the National Harbor for an early showing of Cirque du Soleil and will grab some food and drinks afterwards to catch the game.

Something told me awhile ago to get tickets for the 4pm show and not the 8pm show.....God was telling me to make time to watch the O's win tonight.

my friend is giving me some clean urine to pass a drug test, how long can i store it before it goes bad

you gotta make sure its at the right temperature. you're better off just trying to dilute your pee. how far away is your test?If you got time, drink a lot of water (a gallon or two) and take a b-vitamin (or multi) to turn your pee back to yellow( clear pee will come up flagged in a drug test). Take a home test to see if you pass. If you pass, theres no reason it shouldnt work for a real test. If you dont, well drink more water to dilute it

Damn near forever. I know I held on to some for a few years. Just shake it up good before you use it.

You want to heat it up before you go, and try to tuck it under your "gentelmen's area" to keep it body temp. When I say heat it up, it should be damn near uncomfortable when you tuck it.

Temp is key- i would always use a heating pad (those neck/back ones you heat in the microwave and stay hot for like an hour). That drink a lot of water jazz and basically anything else will not work for a UA- you can pass home tests like that. I've tried water, gelatin in gatorade, all types of detox- they dont work. Urine doesn't lie, if you got it in your system, its gonna be in there. As for how long, i've never stored it more than a couple hours- i would always get it right before my tests. I would say 24 hours would be alright, just get it up to body temp

The point is to not detox or flush your system of the drug metabolites. With water, you are diluting your pee so it reduces the concentration of them. You're allowed to have a certain level of drug metabolites in your system, it doesn't have to be 100% clear of it. The cutoffs vary by the drugAnd bringing it someone elses pee is way too sketchy depending on who's doing the testing. A lot of employers require someone to witness it. Which in that case, even if you don't use the switched pee, if they catch a glimpse of it, you're done. Automatic fail due to tampering and your employer is notified. Legally, you're allowed to take another test if you fail but I don't know if those same rules apply for trying to tamper with it

Best advice I can give is when you pee in the cup wait till mid-stream to fill the cup and don't finish in the cup.

i know my friend has passed for employer given tests by your methods. Mine were all for probation, and I'm just speaking from my experience- and they were heavily monitored- you just gotta keep your composure and know what you're doing. That was before i wised up though- i just did it legit for the last year or so

Yeah I feel you bro, and you're right. The only 100% guarentee is to use someone else's. You just gotta be cool and know what you're doing. Gotta do the research because if you mess up one detail, it could screw up the entire thing
