Why don't you get a small heart shaped cake pan like this (6 inches wide X 2 inches deep)

Then get a small waterproof capsule and freeze the capsule inside of water (add red food coloring for effect) in the middle of the cake pan. Inside of it put a note that says, "now that you've melted my heart, will you marry me?"

Yeah that exists.....if someone wants to throw a party they can name it whatever they want. Moving day parties (not house warming, but the day yall move stuff over), new job parties, i just quit my old job parties; it doesn't matter. If you supply alcohol, people will come. 

My brother in law and I do it all the time.
