you should really try it man. especially if you get sick often. cold showers has multiple health benefits. like better circulation of the blood, boosts your immune system.

EDIT:

it does sober you up as well but if you're hung over, it will only help momentarily. if you're hungover drink mineral water

velle23. i suggest you take baby steps. first start off with warm then end in cold. and a gradual decline not an intense one. that could give you 'shell shock'
